WIP — site’s still a bit Claude-y in places!
It’s way closer than you think.

Hi, Alex here!
I’m lovingly looking at my three hypotheses, which are:
- You’re currently stuck in what feels like a plateau
- You’re actually very close to a big unlock of energy/momentum/excitement, the starting of the overdue new chapter
- You need a second person to get you to the finish line, because what you’re stuck on is by its nature very difficult to look at solo
In 5–20 hours with me, we’ll map the stuff that feels aversive or daunting, resolve the internal conflicts that have been blocking things silently for months (or years), make actionable plans, and get the work done.

Case study · Ediya
Ediya is a YouTube creator and retreat host with 400,000 subscribers. We did a two-week sprint on the brand philosophy she’d been stuck on for three years.
I’d been stuck for three years on my brand philosophy — what I actually stand for, why I’m doing what I’m doing, my mission and purpose. It started as “I guess I’m a little burnt out, I’ll give myself a break,” and snowballed into something that got bigger and bigger and more unmanageable. It gave me a reason to doubt myself.
I’d been looking for support but couldn’t find it. A lot of people were like “you should do it my way” — I couldn’t find someone who could see it from my perspective.
Working with Alex felt different. The way he takes notes, takes in everything I’m saying, tries to understand things from my perspective — it was really reassuring. I had a lot of trust I wasn’t abandoning myself in any of it. He wasn’t trying to convince me of his way.
What stands out is how quickly we got past it. I didn’t realise how close I was to it. I didn’t think it’d be that simple.
And from earlier work
I feel like I found a right-hand guy — I feel force-amplified. His way of listening (attuned, and detail-oriented) meant I could focus on what I was good at and trust the rest would be well-handled.
I feel myself relaxing thinking about the effect Alex had on the company as I write this.
You blew my mind a few times with our early collaborations… The deliberateness with which you approach life, thinking, learning — it’s special.
The shape
A sprint week/fortnight of daily sessions. You brain-dump, I note-take and ask good questions. In between the sessions, I’ll continue working, clarifying what to talk about next, eventually shifting to project-managing via lightweight plans and accountability.
You share, I steer, together we make a shocking amount of progress.
We talk, map, find the thread
I keep thinking. You keep moving.
We pick up and go further
The arc, and the numbers
I’d recommend kicking off with a sprint week — daily calls, async thinking between. If you’ve been stuck for a while, that first week is where the momentum actually builds and the initial aversion breaks.
Often a second sprint is enough to unblock the thing. After that we slow down — a standard week or two of lighter cadence — and by then you should be moving without me.
Sprint week — $500 (sliding scale $250–$750)
Standard week — $250 (sliding scale $150–$400)
One question worth sitting with: is the thing you’re trying to unblock worth $1,000–$1,500 to actually finish? If the answer is “yes, obviously” — that’s the right shape.
If the lowest still doesn’t fit, say so.
If this sounds like the thing
Book a free first session. One hour, mostly just talking. We get to see whether the thing actually is closer than it’s been feeling.
